Armenia and Azerbaijan consent to hold discourse


 Armenia and Azerbaijan have consented to their first chats on finishing the battling about Nagorno-Karabakh, Russia said Friday, as savage conflicts over the contested area gave no indications of subsiding.


Russia's unfamiliar service affirmed that senior ambassadors from the two nations are joining talks in the Russian capital after a late-night offer on Thursday from President Vladimir Putin.


"Baku and Yerevan have affirmed their support," unfamiliar service representative Maria Zakharova told AFP, including that arrangements were in progress.
