Britain will play three Twenty20s and three one-day internationals from 27 November, all in secret.
The group will venture out to South Africa on 16 November, with games played at Cape Town's Newlands and in close by Paarl.
It will be South Africa's first cricket since the game's Covid closure and England's first matches abroad.
The South African government views the UK as 'high danger' for Covid which had placed the visit in question.
The England players and the board have been allowed exclusions to travel.
They will be situated in Cape Town and will prepare at Western Province Cricket Club, playing three intra-crew matches before the primary T20.
The three ODI matches will tally towards capability for the 2023 World Cup in India.
