Kenzo Takada: Japanese designer dies from Covid-19

 The Japanese originator of the Kenzo design brand has passed on from Covid-19, as indicated by a representative for the firm cited by French media. 


Kenzo Takada passed on at the American Hospital in Paris at 81 years old, his announcement says. 


Known for his beautiful realistic and botanical prints, he was the primary Japanese planner to pick up unmistakable quality on the Paris style scene. 


He got comfortable France during the 1960s and spent the remainder of his vocation there. 


With his "almost 8,000 plans", the Japanese originator "celebrated constantly design and the specialty of living", his representative said. 


Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo honored him on Twitter: "Originator of colossal ability, he had given shading and light their place in style. Paris is currently grieving one of its children." 


"I was a devotee of the brand during the 1970s when he began. I think he was an extraordinary architect," style news site WWD.com cited Sidney Toledano, CEO of extravagance combination LVMH which claims the Kenzo brand, as saying.
